Platinum have teamed up with the best of the best and can offer styled menus from canapé service to sit down formal dinner functions for any event size. As with our event themes, our preferred catering partners are not limited to the following cuisines; Mexican, Spanish, Modern Australiana, Asian, American Barbecue, Seafood and Greek. We can also supply professional food waiters to manage this service as well as on-site chefs.
